Australia Visa – Tourist 90 Days

Australia Tourist Visa:

– Original Passport ( Validity more than 6 months with minimum 3 blank pages)
– One Old passport ( if any )
– Form 1419
– Form 54 (family composition form) – attached below
– Recent 2 Photos (35 x 45mm, white background, matt finish, 70% face, lips closed, without spects)
– Aadhaar Card
– Covering letter (on company letter-head, if self-employed)
– Till date 6 months bank statement with sufficient funds and bank seal and signature
– Latest 3 years IT Returns
– Leave sanction letter & 6 months’ salary slip (if employed)
– Shop-Act License/MoA/Partnership deed copy (if self-employed)
– If student – Bonafide certificate from School/College etc.
– Retirement letter (if retired)
– Husband/Wife death certificate (if deceased)
– Return ticket
– Hotel Confirmations “OR”
– Evidence of why you need to visit Australia (Relatives / friends), such as:
– Invitation letter from the inviter in Australia (addressed to Australian High Commission, New Delhi) AND/OR Statutory Declaration
– Passport copy and OCI/PIO Card copy
– 6 months bank statement
– 3 months salary slips
– Tax documents
– 1 Address proof

Note:

Documents not in English must be accompanied by accredited English translations
The High Commission may ask for more documents, if required
Applicants over 75 years of age and any applicant requesting a stay of 12 months must provide evidence of Travel Insurance (Medical becomes mandatory)
