Fresh Visa Applications:

– Valid Passport.
– Old Passport, if any.
– Appointment Confirmation
– DS-160 Confirmation Letter
– Updated Last 03 month’s personal bank statement having sufficient balance.
– Updated Last 03 month’s company bank statement.
– Last 03 year’s Income Tax Paper (Company & Personal)
– Invitation Letter(If Applying for Family Visit / Business Visa)
– Invite Passport and Visa copy (If Applying for Family/ Friend Visit)
– Sponsorship letter (If any one sponsoring)
– Sponsor Valid Sign Id copy (For Eg: Pan Card/ Passport copy)
– If employed, Last 03 Month salary slip and an original Leave Letter from the company.
– If any students, school or college identity card.
– Employment proof, i.e. Partnership deed or shop & establishment license or memorandum of company
– Biometrics at VAC & interview at Consulate / Embassy

Drop-box Applications:

– Current passport and earlier passport with the expiring or expired US visa
– 2 latest, unused photos (2 inch x 2 inch, white background, matte finish, 60% face coverage, lips closed and without spects)
– DS-160 Application Confirmation
– Drop-off Appointment Confirmation
