Austria Visa – Tourist

Austria Tourist Visa:

– Minimum 6 months validity passport with photocopies of data pages and all used pages with two blank pages
– All old passports or proof of loss like FIR copy
– 2 photos (latest, unused) – 35 x 45mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face coverage
– Covering letter addressed to the Embassy of Austria, New Delhi
– Airline reservation and proof of other means of travel within Austria
– Hotel confirmations as per ticket with address, telephone number and email address
– Tour itinerary
– Till date 3 months bank statements with original bank seal and signature (if self-employed, then business bank statement as well) with healthy balance
– Letter on company letter-head stating designation, date of employment and salary per month (if employed)
– Leave sanction letter specifying the leave dates (if employed)
– Last 3 months salary slips (if employed)
– Last 3 years IT returns (if self-employed, then company ITRs as well)
– Original sponsorship documents and corresponding document of the sponsors as per embassies instructions
– Travel insurance as per ticket with minimum coverage of Euros 30,000/
– For self-employed: last 3 months company bank statement, 2 years IT returns, Certificate of Registration, Import/Export license of the company

Note:-

– Passenger may be called to New Delhi for personal interview
– Visa fees (Euro 90), courier and sms charges to be paid at the VFS centre personally
– Valid visa stamped on the old passport is automatically cancelled and applicant to apply for a fresh visa
– Shop-Act/MoA/Partnership Deed etc needs to be in English; if not in English, then original notarized English translation is needed with the copy of the shop-act
