Czech Republic Visa – Tourist

Czech Republic Tourist Visa:

– Min. 3 months valid passport beyond the date of departure from Schengen area
– Old passports (if any)
– 1 application form (signed at 4 places on page No. 3)
– Checklist (back to back)
– 3 photos (latest, unused) – 35 x 45mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face
– Covering letter – addressed to “The Embassy of Czech Republic, New Delhi” (on company letter-head, if  self-employed)
– Return ticket itinerary (Travel date needs to be min. 15 working days after submission)
– Hotel confirmations
– Travel insurance with a minimum coverage of 30,000 Euros covering the entire trip including Entry and Exit days
– Leave sanction letter on company letter-head with leave dates mentioned
– NOC letter from company, if employed
– Company offer letter / contract agreement
– 3 months salary slips (if employed)
– If self-employed; company registration (Shop-Act / GST Certificate / MoA / Partnership Deed etc)
– Till date personal bank statements for last 3 months with original bank seal and signature on each page with healthy balance
– Last 3 years personal IT Returns
– Foreign exchange  OR
– Credit card copy

Note:

– Visa fees to be paid only in cash at the VFS
– Pax holding a blank passport and who has never travelled to Schengen area, USA or UK before needs to come personally for an interview
  – Applications with the date of departure earlier than 8 days after the submission date at Embassy will not be accepted
– Agent submission not allowed from 01 Feb 2020 as every time bio-metrics has to be given
