Czech Republic Visa – Business

Czech Republic Business Visa:

– Min. 3 months valid passport beyond the date of departure from Schengen area
– Old passports (if any)
– 1 application form (signed at 4 places on page No. 3)
– Checklist (back to back)
– 3 photos (latest, unused) – 35 x 45mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face
– Covering letter on company letter-head, with round seal and signature (addressed to “The Embassy of Czech Republic, New Delhi”)
– Return ticket itinerary (Travel date needs to be min. 12 working days from submission)
– Original invitation (POZNAVI) from Czech Foreign Police (Visa can be tried on normally faxed invitation if pax is well travelled)
– Hotel confirmations
– Till date bank statements for last 3 months with original bank seal and signature on each page (Company and personal) with healthy balance
– Last 3 years IT Returns (Company and personal)
– Travel insurance with a minimum coverage of 30,000 Euros covering the entire trip including Entry and Exit days
– Foreign exchange  OR Credit card copy

Note:

– Visa fees to be paid only in cash at the VFS
– Pax holding a blank passport and who has never travelled to Schengen area, USA or UK before needs to come personally for an interview
– Applications with the date of departure earlier than 8 days after the submission date at Embassy will not be accepted
– Agent submission not allowed from 01 Feb 2020 as every time bio-metrics has to be given

– Visa documents list is tentative; the Embassy/Consulate shall call for more, if required

– Visa processing times may vary at the discretion of the issuing authority
– Hotel bookings / ticket itinerary charges, if any, will be additional
