Israel Visa – Tourist

Israel Tourist Visa:

– Min. 6 months valid passport with at least 2 blank pages; if husband & wife travelling together then both passports should be endorsed with spouses names
2 handwritten forms (with spouse details properly mentioned, if married)
– 1 copy of the online form with uploaded photograph
– Photocopy of the passport (First & the last page) on one page
– Must submit all passport (even expired ones)
– 2 latest, unused photos – 35 x 45 mm, white background, matte finish, 70% face – Mumbai (DO NOT STAPLE)
– 2 latest, unused photos – 55 x 55 mm, white background, matte finish, 70% face – New Delhi (DO NOT STAPLE)
– Covering letter introducing self with name, passport number and travel dates and explaining the purpose and itinerary of the visit in brief and addressed to The Consulate General of Israel, Mumbai
– Original leave sanction letter from employer on company letter-head mentioning name, designation, date of joining, passport number, purpose of travel, duration of leave and signed by authorized signatory
– If student, NOC from school stating dates of travel and specifying exact leave dates
– Latest 3 months personal bank statement with original bank seal and signature
– Sufficient foreign currency endorsement or copy of international credit card
– If self-employed, also attached the current account bank statement for 4 months along with a copy of PAN card for the company
– Latest 4 months salary slips (if employed)
– Company registration copy, if self-employed (Shop-Act/MoA/Partnership Deed etc)
– Confirm return tickets
– Travel insurance covering the entire duration of stay
– Confirm hotel bookings with day-to-day itinerary “OR”
– If invited by a friend / relative in Israel then attach an invitation letter in Hebrew and should contain the contact details of the inviter
– Inviter’s ID copy
– If invited by a person who’s working or studying in Israel, then attach invitation letter from the Employer / Academic institute / University for the family member
– Photocopy of Aadhaar Card

Note:

— All documents should be in A4 size & not in back to back format
— Applicant’s with entry and exit stamps of US, Canada, Australia or Schengen states along with valid visas, do not need to submit bank statements, flight ticket, and hotel bookings
— If spouse’s name is not endorsed on the passport, then submit marriage certificate
— If a minor is accompanying the parents, then the original birth certificate with apostille is required
— Both parents need to visit IVP at the time of submission for signing the minor consent form
— In case one of the parent is not in India then he/ she must sign the Minor consent form at Embassy of Israel in that particular country
— Embassy reserves the right to ask for additional documents or request for an interview
