Italy Visa – Business

Italy Business Visa:

– Min. 3 months validity passport from the date of return with at least 2 blank pages issued with the jurisdiction of Embassy or Consulate
– Duly filled and signed application form
– Photocopies of all used pages of the passport
– 2 photos (latest, unused) – 35 x 45mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face (lips closed and without spects)
– Covering letter – name, passport number and designation of the applicant/s, travel dates, mention the details of the sponsor for the trip, and purpose of visit. The covering letter should be on the company’s letter-head with name, designation and signature of the authorised signatory with his/her passport copy
– Invitation letter (Original or a colour photocopy) – name, travel dates, penal responsibility clause, designation of the signatory, purpose of trip (Format attached – Lettera di invito per AFFARI)
– The above invitation letter needs to be sent by the inviting company via email to commerciale.mumbai@esteri.it
– Copy of the passport or ID card of the person signing the invite letter
– Indian company’s Registration Certificate / MoA / GST Certificate etc.
– Italian company’s Registration Certificate (Chamber of Commerce – Visura camerale) dated not less than 6 months prior to the intended travel
– Travel itinerary – travel dates and places of travel during the entire trip to be mentioned
– Confirmed hotel reservations – This can be mentioned on the invitation letter by the party bearing the expenses. This has to mention the accommodation for all the dates incase travelling to other Schengen states
– Till date 3 months bank statement with original bank seal and signature and healthy balance – Personal (Salary Account with employee number)
– If the firm is a proprietorship: original company bank statement for last 2 months only and IT Returns for the last 3 years
– 3 assessment years IT returns – Personal & Company (or Form 16A)
– 3 months salary slips
– Photocopies of passports bio page and address page
– Photocopies of all previous Schengen visas and valid US and UK visas
– Travel insurance with a minimum coverage of $50000 and covering for a minimum of 10 days
– Credit card copy with latest statement mentioning credit limit (Optional)
– Air ticket reservations

Note:

— Embassy/Consulate has the right to request for more documents at it’s discretion
— Visa fees, courier and sms charges to be paid personally at the VFS centre
