Kenya Business eVisa:

– Min. 6 months validity passport from the date of travel along with complete set photocopied with at least 3 blank pages
– 1 Photos – 50 x 50mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face coverage
– Return ticket
– Hotel confirmation
– Letter of invitation on Kenyan company letter head
– Kenyan Company Registration Certificate
– Yellow fever certificate must while travelling (if travelling via any yellow fever zone)

• We only help in facilitating visa process; we have no role in visa issuance
• Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the Embassy/Consulate
• Visa documents list is tentative; the Embassy/Consulate shall call for more, if required
• Visa fees & VFS Charges are subject to change & non-refundable
• Service charges are non-refundable
• The Embassy/Consulate shall call for an interview with the applicant(s), if needed
• Visa processing times may vary at the discretion of the issuing authority
• Hotel bookings / ticket itinerary charges, if any, will be additional
• Covid-19 vaccination proof with booster dose might be required during travel
