Latvia Visa – Business

Latvia Business Visa:

– Minimum 3 months’ valid passport from the date of departure containing at least 2 blank pages
– 1 online application form completed, printed and signed by the applicant
– 2 Photos (latest, unused) – 35 x 45 mm, 70% face, white background, matte finish
– Covering letter on company letter-head with the seal and signature of the authority mentioning in detail about the trip along with the applicant’s designation
– Exchange / Credit card copy
– Confirmed round trip tickets (bought and confirmed by the airlines)
– Invitation approved by the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs dated not later than 6 months’ prior of the application date
– Travel Insurance
– Hotel booking confirmation (not required if accommodation is included in the invitation)
– Till date 3 months’ bank statements with original bank seal and signature and healthy balance
– Original Employment Declaration Letter with Company Seal and Signatures
– Last 2 years IT returns
– Original Pay Slip (last 3 months)
– Company registration certificate (MoA/Partnership Deed/Shop-Act/GST Certificate etc)

Note:

— Visa fees, VFS service charges, courier and sms charges to be paid personally at the VFS centre
