Luxembourg Visa – Business

Luxembourg Business Visa:

– Min. 3 months’ valid passport from the date of departure from Luxembourg with at least two blank pages + 1 copy of the date page of the passport
– 1 application form: separate sheet for each page
– 2 photos (latest, unused): 35 x 45 m, white background, matte finish, 70% face
– Cover letter on company letter-head addressed to “The Visa Officer, Embassy of Luxembourg, New Delhi” duly stamped and signed by the authorized signatory and also stating the position and the length of service of the applicant in the company and the purpose of visit to Luxembourg
– Hotel Confirmations
– Confirm return ticket
– Invitation letter from the inviting company in Luxembourg mentioning the purpose of the visit including the complete business program with planned visits and/or meetings to attend
– Travel insurance covering the entire stay in the Schengen area with a minimum coverage of $50000
– 3 months till date bank statement with original bank seal and signature (company and personal)
– Last 3 months’ salary slip
– Latest 2 assessment years IT Returns (company and personal)

Note:

— Visa fees, courier and sms charges to be paid personally at the VFS centre (approx. INR9500)
