Netherlands Visa – Business

Netherlands Business Visa:

– Min. 3 months valid passport from the date of return
– 1 application form
– 2 photos (latest, unused) – 35 x 45mm, white background, matte finish, 70% face (3 cm from chin to crown leaving 0.5cm from the top of photo) with at least 2 empty pages
– Cover letter on company letter-head addressing “The Embassy of Netherlands, New Delhi”, containing the name, passport number and designation of the applicant. Should also contain the name and sign of the authorized signatory. An outline of the applicant’s itinerary, the purpose of his/her visit, names and addresses of the companies he/she intends to visit
– An invitation letter from the Dutch company or organization addressing “The Embassy of Netherlands, New Delhi”, containing the following information: Name of the applicant (as per passport), dates of intended stay, purpose of visit, nature of costs being covered (boarding & lodging)
– Salary slips for 3 months of the applicant
– Offer letter / employment contract of the applicant
– Till date 3 months bank statement with bank seal and signature and healthy balance – Personal & Company
– Last 3 years IT returns – Personal & company
– Company Registration copy
– Confirmed hotel reservations for the entire Schengen area stay
– Airline reservations
– Travel insurance for a minimum $50,000/ covering the entire stay in the Schengen area including entry and exit days (Minimum coverage 10 days)
– Copies of all pages of the current passport
– Copies of Bio Data Page of the Old Passport including visa copies to be enclosed with the application

Note:

— Visa fees, courier and sms charges to be paid personally at the VFS centre (approx. INR9500)
— All faxes must be photocopied and in A4 size paper
— In case of primary visit, business correspondence with the concerned Dutch company is required, in which case a simple fax or email does not constitute correspondence
— Frequent travellers can apply for a longer validity visa with an overseas medical insurance policy for that period. The passport must be valid accordingly
— Each application must be supported by a copy of all the requisite documents
— If the Consulate calls upon the applicant to submit additional documents, he/she shall have to do so
— All documents need to be in English; if any in regional languages, then an original notarized English translation needs to be provided
