Netherlands Visa – Tourist

Netherlands Tourist Visa:

– Min. 3 months valid passport from the date of return
– 1 application form (to be filled online)
– 2 photos (latest, unused) – 35 x 45mm, white background, matte finish, 70% face (3 cm from chin to crown leaving 0.5cm from the top of photo)
– Cover letter from the applicant on letter-head (if self-employed) and on a plain sheet of paper if employed
– Proof of employment of the pax
– Salary slips for 3 months
– Leave sanction letter on company letter-head, with company seal and signature specifying the leave dates
– Till date 3 months bank statement with bank seal and signature and healthy balance
– Last 3 years IT returns
– If Student; school ID card copy and bona-fide certificate from school specifying the leave dates on letter-head with school stamp and signature
– Hotel reservations for the entire Schengen area stay “OR”
– Invitation legalized from the Town Hall (Original)
– Inviters passport copy and visa copy and 1st page of the PR copy
– Inviters till date 6 months bank statement
– Inviters 3 month salary slip
– Inviters address proof
– Airline reservations
– Day to day itinerary
– Travel insurance for a minimum $50,000/ covering the entire stay in the Schengen area including entry and exit days
– All documents in A4 size papers only and each application needs to be with all dox

Incase of minors (younger than 18 years):

– If the minor is travelling with only one parent, written consent certified by public notary of the other parent or guardian, except in cases of a parent having sole custody or guardianship of the minor
– If the minor travels alone (without parents), written consent, certified by public notary, of both parents or guardians having custody or guardianship of the minor
– Copies of the passport of the parents. If not applicable, birth certificate of the applicant and copies of the ID cards of the parents

Note:

— Visa fees, courier and sms charges to be paid personally at the VFS centre (approx. INR9500)
