Germany Visa – Business

German Visa for Business / Trade Fair / Exhibition:

– Online form duly completed and signed with blue ball point pen (print not back to back)
– Signed declaration of True and Complete Information
– Signed declaration of travel with valid travel insurance
– Min. 3 months validity passport beyond the date of return with atleast 2 empty pages and shouldn’t have any observation pages regarding the front data page
– Photocopy of the biometric and address page of the passport
– Old passport (If any)
– 2 photos (latest, unused) – 35 x 45mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face coverage
– Original covering letter on company letter-head (if self-employed) with entire travel details including:
– Applicant’s name as per passport
– Passport number of the applicant
– Purpose of trip and duratio of stay and 
– Itinerary of the visit in brief
– In all cases in addition to the covering letter of the company in India, the following are requried:
– Certificate of Incorporation of the Company and
– GST Registration and
– Proof of Company Registration
– Invitation letter from the business partner in Germany in English or German
– What activities are planned
– What is the business relationship between the inviting and sending company? (same group, inviting company is a supplier or sending company is a supplier, what exactly do the companies trade with each other (machines, equipment, merchandise)), etc.?
– For consultancy services: a confirmation letter from the German client.
– If the inviting company arranges for accommodation, they should confirm the same in their invitation letter
– Detailed schedule of your business meetings (ONLY for stays over 30 days)
– Hotel confirmations for the entire stay in the Schengen area (if not mentioned in the invite letter)
– Flight reservation, rail tickets, others
– 3 years IT Returns (Company & Personal)
– Till date 3 months bank statements (Company & Personal) with bank seal and sign with healthy balance
– 3 months’ salary slip of the applicant and employment contract
– Travel insurance covering the entire stay period in the Schengen area (Min. 10 Days) with a coverage of Min. $50000

Note:

– Visa fees, courier and sms charges to be paid personally at the VFS centre
– For attending Trade Fairs/Exhibitions, you need to submit:
– The Exhibitor’s Pass / Visitor’s Pass (OR)
– For Exhibitors
– Stand confirmation and
– Payment confirmation for stand allocation
– All documents to be in English or if in regional languages, then an original notarized English translation is required
– Passengers should be fully vaccinated with Covishield (subject to conditions)
– List of documents is tentative and the consulate may call for more at it’s discretion

Terms & Conditions:

– We only help in facilitating visa process; we have no role in visa issuance
– Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the Embassy/Consulate
– Visa documents list is tentative; the Embassy/Consulate shall call for more, if required
– Visa fees & VFS Charges are subject to change and non-refundable
– Visa fees to be paid directly at the VFS centre
– Service charges are non-refundable
– The Embassy/Consulate shall call for an interview with the applicant(s), if needed
– Visa processing times may vary at the discretion of the issuing authority
– Hotel bookings / ticket itinerary charges, if any, will be additional
– Covid vaccination proof with booster dose might be required during travel
