Norway Visa – Business

Norway Business Visa:

– Minimum 3 months’ valid passport from the date of departure from Schengen area containing at least 2 blank pages
– Photocopy of all used and relevant used pages of the current and last previous passport
– 2 photos (latest, unused) – 35 x 45 mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face coverage
– Application form to be filled online, completed and downloaded after online payment
– Cover letter from the online application portal
– Questionnaire for C-Visa
– Invitation Letter from the Norwegian organization on official company letter, stating the purpose, duration and itinerary for the whole stay in Schengen area. Invitation should also include information regarding who will bear the travel and livng cost.
– Official introduction letter from the Indian company or organization, including the address, telephone no, fax no, position of the applicant, purpose of the trip, and guarantee of return
– Company registration copy – MoA/Partnerdeep Deed/Shop-Act/GST Registration Certificate
– Applicant’s 3 months’ salary slip
– Latest 6 months’ bank statement duly stamped and signed by the bank
– Last 3 years IT Returns (Company & Personal)
– Till date 6 month’s bank statement duly stamped and signed by the bank (Company & Personal)
– Round trip ticket itinerary (If visa is approved, the visa will be issued according to the dates on the booking itinerary)
– Travel insurance covering the entire trip and 15 days more beyond the return trip from Schengen area

• Visa processing times may vary at the discretion of the issuing authority
• Hotel bookings / ticket itinerary charges, if any, will be additional
