Russian eVisa:

– Proper scanned copy of passport (bio page and address page)
– 1 latest scanned photo – 35 x 45 mm, white background, 80% face coverage, lips closed and without spects
– Travel dates
– Filled out Performa form (attahced below)

Note:

— Photos taken of documents by camera are not acceptable. There should be no light reflections, shadows, blur images, red eyes etc.
