Russia Visa – Tourist

Russia Tourist Visa:

– Min. 6 months valid passport from date of travel. Passport should have at least 2 blank pages which are face to face to eachother
– Original online form (printed on A4 page size; not Letter); should be printed back to back
– 02 photos (latest, unused) – 35 x 45mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face
– Air ticket booking
– Original covering letter on business letter-head (if self-employed)
– Covering letter on plain paper (if employed)
– Original leave sanction letter on company letter-head with seal and signature of the authorized person (if employed)
– Tourist voucher & confirmation letter from Russia in Russian language. The Russian tour operator should be registered in the Unifed Federal Register of Tour Operators with a unique reference number. The tourist confirmation letter should contain the full name of the passengers, date of birth, sex, nationality, passport number, duration of stay, number of entries required, full title of the Russian tour operator with it’s it’s unique reference number (MVT), list of paid tourist services (transport, accommodation, excursions etc), peronal signature of the head of the tour agency and th agencies official seal “OR”
– Invitation letter from Russia with all relevant details like name, address, passport numbers, contact details etc
– Inviter’s passport copy and Russian Residence Permit copy
– Marriage certificate (if invited by husband/wife)
– Visiting card & company letterhead
– Photocopy of the passport bio-page and address page

Note:

— Address on the visa form should be exactly same as mentioned in the passport. Even the punctuation of address in visa form should match with the passport
— Travel Date should be with a gap of 7 working days (for Normal processing) or 6 working days (for urgent processing) from the date of submission, as the issued visa start date is after 3 working days from date of collection

• Visa processing times may vary at the discretion of the issuing authority
• Hotel bookings / ticket itinerary charges, if any, will be additional
• Covid-19 vaccination proof with booster dose might be required during travel
