Saudi Arabia Visa – Tourist

Saudi Tourist Visa:

– Min. 6 months valid passport from the date of travel with at least 2 consecutive blank pages
– Photocopies of passport bio-page, address page and all used and observation pages
– All old passports
– Visa Application Form
– 02 latest, unused photos – 2 inch x 2 inch, white background, matte finish and 80% face coverage, lips closed and without spects
– Covering letter addressed to “The Royal Consulate General of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Mumbai” (If the applicant is a self-employed person, then this letter should be on his company’s letter-head with original company stamp and sign)
– If the applicant is an employee, then leave sanction letter from the Indian company with original seal & signature addressing The Royal Consulate General of Saudi Arabia, Mumbai.
– If the applicant is a student letter of bonafide certificate from the educational institution is required
– If the applicant is proprietor/Business owner a Commercial Registration copy is required to be submitted
– Confirm Hotel Booking for the entire stay
– Flight Booking with confirmed return ticket
– Copy of the AADHAAR CARD
– Tour Daywise Itinerary
– Proof of solvency – Updated Bank Statement for last 3 months with minimum balance of equivalent of USD 750 per applicant (All the pages need to be signed and stamped by the Bank Official/Representative). If Company bank statement is submitted than need to submit Proof of ownership / Incorporation Certificate / GST certificate
– Stamped and signed salary slips (3 months)
– If the applicant has an existing valid visa in the same passport, regardless of the visa type, a visa cancellation form must be submitted
– The age of the applicant shall not be less than 18 years, unless accompanied by his/her guardians

Note:

— Personal appearance is mandatory at the VFS for documents submission and bio-metrics
— Visa fees (approx. INR11,200 per person) to be paid personally at the VFS Mumbai (Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI)
— Applicants below 6 years and above 80 years of age are exempted from providing biometrics
— Courier charges extra (to return the passport after stamping)
— Applicant can avail the Premium Lounge facility at the VFS for an additional charge of INR 4200
— Processing time is subject to change at the Consulate’s discretion
— Visa validity, single or multiple entry and duration of stay will be determined by the KSA Consulate while processing the visa
— The Embassy/Consulate reserves the right to request additional information or documents
