Slovenia Visa – Tourist

Slovenia Tourist Visa:

– Min. 3-month valid passport from the date of return with at least two blank pages
– Copies of all relevant pages including all visas of last three years
– 1 application form
– 2 photo (latest, unused) – 35 x 45mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face
– Covering letter
– Hotel confirmation “OR”
– If the applicant stays with a family member or a friend, proof of sponsorship and/or private accommodation from the host. Individual Schengen States may require applicant to present a proof of sponsorship and/or private accommodation by completing a form drawn up by the Schengen State’s competent authority (referred hereafter as national form FOR SLOVENIA; AUTHENTICATED GUARANTEE LETTER)
– Guarantee letter from Slovenian company
– Return confirmed ticket including all the internal travel within different Schengen states like train reservations etc
– Original and copy of travel insurance
– Till date 3 months original bank statement with bank seal and sign and healthy balance
– Last 2 years IT returns
– Salary slip for last 3 months (if employed) & offer letter
– Leave sanction letter on company letter-head with company seal & signature (if employed)
– Company registration like shop-act, partnership deed etc (if self-employed)
– Student – School/College ID & Bona-fide certificate

Note:

– Visa fees, VFS charges, courier and sms charges to be paid personally at the VFS centre (approx. INR11,700)
– Internet/on-line bookings for the accommodation (booking.com, hotels.com and other) are not acceptable for first time travellers to Schengen. Applicants have to make the reservation for the accommodation in the Republic of Slovenia directly through the hotel in Slovenia by credit card or by payment through a registered travel agency in India or Slovenia. The mentioned travel agency has to provide a written confirmation of the accommodation reservation from Slovenia to the visa applicant (via fax or E-mail)
– All accommodations have to be confirmed with full name (name and surname) and contact number (phone number) of the person confirming the house/apartment/room reservation in Slovenia
