South Korea Visa – Business

South Korea Business Visa:

– Original Passport with at least 6 months validity and minimum 3 blank pages + all old passports if any;
– Visa Application form filled &; signed by the applicant.
– Declaration form – Express Visa
– Copy of certificate of business registration (can be downloaded by the Korean inviter from : www.nts.go.kr)
– 2 recent clicked colour photographs 3.5 x 4.5 cm 80% face should be covered matt finish, without glasses.
– Introduction / Covering letter from Employer (in India) including company details, applicant’s passport details, purpose of visit, travel date, regarding expenses (Company Letterhead) with stamp; signed by authorized person.
– Invitation letter from host Company stating purpose of trip, business details etc;
– Original updated Bank Statement (last 6 months) certified by the bank
– Income Tax Returns / Form 16 for last 2 years;
– Confirmed return flight tickets;
– Hotel reservation.
– Copy of Business/Company Registration certificate of the Indian & Host Company (Korean Company).

Note:

— Passport should have minimum 3 blank pages on either side
— Urgent charges: INR4000 extra
