South Korea Student Visa (D2):
– Online form to be filled and duly signed
– Passport + Old Passport
– 2 latest, unused photo – 35 x 45mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face visible, lips closed & without spects
– Covering Letter from School Academy address to “Consulate General of Korea, Mumbai” with organisation’s seal & sign and Signatory Person Name, Designation, Email and Mobile No, Applicant’s full name, mobile No., date of birth and passport no. Brief details of visit
– Invitation Letter Address to “Consulate General of Korea, Mumbai” with organisation’s seal & sign, Invitee’s full name, mobile No., date of birth and passport no., Inviter’s details, such as in case of companies, name and phone no of person in-charge, and in case of individuals, inviter’s full name, ID No (Foreigner registration no./ Alien registration no.), and phone No., Inviting company/individual’s registered seal/signature at the end of the covering letter
– Copy of certificate of business registration of Korean organisation (can be downloaded by the Korean inviter from:www.nts.go.kr)
– Medical report on tuberculosis (Only Chest X-ray report is required), Long-term (over 90 days) stay visa/ all extendable visa categories ,applicants are required to submit their medical report of tuberculosis from specifically designated hospitals by the consulate, Medical report will be valid for 3 months only from the date of issue. List of designated hospitals & clinics is given on the website: https://overseas.mofa.go.kr/inmumbai-en/index.do
– Last 6 months bank statement of applicant with bank seal and sign all pages
– Last 2 Year IT Paper (in absence of income tax return please provide explanatory note)
– Admission Certificate original and copy
– Scholarship letter from Korea (if applicable)
– Student proof bona-fide certificate (if any)
– Last Educational certificate (Original and one set of copy)
– Copy of First & Last page of the applicant passport should be attached with the application

— Jurisdiction of Mumbai Consulate: Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, Union Territory of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli
— Documents list is tentative and the Consulate has the right to ask for more, if required
