Sweden Visa – Business

Sweden Business Visa:

– Min. 6 months validity passport from date of travel with atleast two blank pages
– 3 photos (latest, unused) – 35 x 45mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face coverage
– Covering letter on the company letter-head addressed to ‘The Visa Officer, Embassy of Sweden, New Delhi”
– Appendix A & Appendix D
– Invitation from the Swedish company
– Confirm return ticket
– Hotel confirmation
– Indian Company Registration Certificate
– A document from Indian Company signed by somebody else other than the pax certifying that the pax will be visiting the Swedish Company
– Travel insurance for the entire stay in the Schengen area (Min. 10 days) with a minimum coverage of $50000 including date of arrival and departure
– Till date 6 months bank statement with original bank seal and signature and healthy balance (Personal & Company)
– Last 3 years IT Returns (Personal & Company)
– 6 months salary slips
– Original bank certificate issued and duly signed by the bank branch manager
– Disclaimer form

Note:

— Visa fees, VFS service charges, courier and sms charges to be paid personally at the VFS centre (approx. INR10,500)
— Application form to be filled, dated, and signed by the applicant himself/herself only
— All documents need to be in A4 size only. If any documents not in A4 size, such dox must be sent both in original as well as in photocopy in A4
