Uganda EVisa – Tourist

Uganda Tourist eVisa:

– Passport copy (min. validity should be 6 months from date of entry in Uganda)
– Recent Photo: 35 x 45 mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face, lips closed and without spects
– Cover letter
– Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate
– Confirm return ticket
– Hotel confirmation (OR)
– Invitation letter from Uganda (friend or relative) &
– Inviter’s Uganda passport copy or Indian passport copy and Uganda Residence ID

Note:

— After online submission and fee payment, a visa approval letter will be sent to the email id. Applicant will be required to give biometrics, for which there are 2 options as listed below:-

— Biometrics at Uganda Airport: Applicant may travel to Uganda directly (with Visa Approval Letter with >6 months valid passport and return ticket) undertake the biometrics there at the Airport itself at the time of making an entry/immigration. However, it may take a longer time to undertake the biometrics at the Airport due to rush etc.
— Biometrics at Embassy in Delhi: Applicants can undertake the biometrics at the Embassy itself in Delhi. Applicants would need to call the Embassy and take prior appointment for the biometrics. Applicants would need to carry the Visa Approval Letter with >6 months valid passport and return ticket at the time of visiting the Embassy. Visa may also be stamped at the Passport by the Embassy.

• Visa processing times may vary at the discretion of the issuing authority
• Hotel bookings / ticket itinerary charges, if any, will be additional
• Covid-19 vaccination proof with booster dose might be required during travel
