– 1 photo (latest, unused) – 40 x 60 mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face, lips closed & without spects
– Name & address of the hotel you intend to stay in Vietnam
– Invitation letter from Vietnam (if business purpose)
– Entry & exit dates
– Entry & exit ports (only the following international Vietnam airports are accepted)
