Croatia Visa – Work Permit

Work Permit:

– Visa application form: to be filled out online in English or Croatian language and signed by the applicant
– Valid Passport – Applicant’s passport: issued within the last 10 years, with expiry date exceeding the expiry date of the requested visa by a minimum of three months, and containing at least two empty pages (back to back).
– No alteration or handwritten amendment concerning the data page.
– Clear Photocopy of front and last page and used pages (Current passport and last 02 old passports)
– 2 latest, unused photos – 35 x 45mm, white background, glossy finish, 60% face coverage (without spects, lips closed)
– Cover letter: explaining the purpose of the trip with itinerary detailed location(s) and duration of stay in Croatia
– Copy of work permit
– PCC copy with apostille if the applicant is an Indian
– PCC copy with legalisation stamp if the applicant is Bangladeshi, Nepalese or Sri Lankan
– If Croatian visa was obtained previously and not utilised, then a reason letter has to be provided
– If ever refused a visa by any country, a letter has to be provided regarding the reason of refusal
– Ticket reservation and hotel bookings (Confirmed bookings not required)
– Travel insurance with minimum coverage of $50,000 valid for a minimum 30 days from the date of travel

Note:

— Work permit letter issued by the Croatian company should not be older than 60 days from the date of submission in VFS
— Documents list is tentative and the Consulate reserves the right to request for more, if required
— Visa fees, courier charges, sms charges etc. need to be paid personally at the VFS
— For minors, the application must be signed by one of the parents or a legal guardian
