Guatemala Visa – Business

Guatemala Business Visa:

– Min. 6 months valid passport from the date of travel
– 1 form (to be filled by the applicant)
– 2 latest photos – 35 x 45mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face
– Covering letter on company letter-head stating that expenses of the trip will be borne by the company
– Confirm return ticket
– Invitation letter in original in Spanish language
– Updated personal bank statement with name and account number for last 6 months with minimum balance of Rs. 80,000 ‘OR’ International Credit card with latest statement (if company providing their bank statement then covering letter should state that expenses for the trip to be borne by the company).
– Work letter / Employment proof mentioning designation and annual salary
– Indian Company’s Commercial Registration Certificate
– Legalized photocopy of the passport

— Applicants to apply in person
— Indian passport holders having a valid multiple entry visa for USA, Canada or Schengen area can get a visa on arrival in Guatemala
