Online ROC (Taiwan) Travel Authorisation Certificate:

– Min. 6 months valid passport from the date of entry into Taiwan
– Confirm return ticket
– The applicant has never been employed as a blue-collar worker in Taiwan
– Should possess a valid entry visas, resident visas or permanent resident cards of any of the following countries:
– Australia
– Canada
– Japan
– Korea, South
– New Zealand
– United Kingdom
– USA or
– Schengen area
– Resident card or visas expired less then 10 years prior to the date of arrival in Taiwan will also be considered. The resident card or visa should not be stamped as VOID, CANCELLED or CANCELLED WITHOUT PREJUDICE
– However, eVisas issued by Australia and New Zealand should be valid. Expired eVisas are not accepted

Note:

– This TAC can be used for visit, business, study, exhibition, conference, medical care, employment and religous purposes as well (if the conditions are met)
– Please fill in an (online) Arrival Card (https://niaspeedy.immigration.gov.tw/webacard/) for immigration inspection each time before reentry within the validity of this certificate.

– Visa processing times may vary at the discretion of the issuing authority
– Hotel bookings / ticket itinerary charges, if any, will be additional
– Covid-19 vaccination proof with booster dose might be required during travel
