Belgium Visa – Business

Belgium Business Visa:

– Minimum 3 months valid passport beyond the intended duration of stay
– Application form completely filled online and signed by the applicant in blue ink
– 2 photos (latest, unused) – 35 x 45mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face (do not staple)
– A Covering letter from the Indian organization or company mentioning the designation and current profile of the applicant, purpose of the visit, itinerary, name & contacts of the company in Belgium
– An invitation letter from the Belgium Company/University/Fair and congresses and other documents indicating the existence of commercial or professional relationships, entry tickets to fairs and congresses, documents attesting to the activities of your business and or documents attesting to the status of employment within our business etc. faxed directly to the Belgium Consulate, Mumbai and one copy to us
– Hotel confirmations for entire stay in Schengen area
– Overseas travel insurance with a minimum coverage of $50000 covering the entire duration of trip including the date of arrival and departure duly signed by the applicant
– Return ticket
– Personal & Company bank statement till date for the last 6 months with bank seal and signature with healthy balance
– Personal & Company 3 years IT Returns
– Salary slips for the last 3 months (if employed)
– MoA/Shop Act/Partnership Deed (if Self-Employed)
– One extra photocopy of the entire set is required
– Authority letter from the applicant and the travel agency authorizing the submission by a third party/person

Note:

– If attending an Exhibition / Seminar, you need to possess the entrance pass / registration of the same
– Visa fees (Euro 90), courier and sms charges to be paid at the VFS centre personally
