Bulgaria Visa – Tourist

Bulgaira Tourist Visa:

– Application Form
– Min. 3 months valid passport from the date of exit from Bulgaria and with at least 2 back to back empty pages
– 2 latest, unused photos – 35 x 45mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face coverage (lips closed and without spects)
– Travel insurance covering the entire stay in Bulgaria including the exit and entry dates of India
– Covering letter explaining the purpose of the trip with itinerary and detailed locations of stay in Bulgaria (If the applicant is a self-employed person, this letter should be on his/her company letter-head)
– Air ticket reservations
– Hotel bookings confirmations “OR”
– The Invitation – Declaration by a natural person for issuing a short-stay visa for the purpose of private stay shall be prepared in a form-sample, signed by the inviting person, certified by a Notary Public and by the bodies for administrative control of foreigners – Migration Directorate of the Ministry of Interior of Bulgaria (format attached)
Copy of the inviter’s passport and Bulgarian Residence Permit
– If employed:
– 3 months salary slips
– Leave sanction letter on the company letter-head with seal and signature specifying the position of the applicant in the company, date of joining and years of service
– Offer letter copy

– If self-employed:
– Company registration copy: GST Certificate, Partnership Deed, MoA etc

– If student:
– Leave sanction letter from the school/college
– Valid school ID card copy
– 3 months latest bank statements with sufficient funds with bank seal and signature on all pages (savings and current account, if applicable)
– Latest 3 years income tax returns (personal and company, if applicable)
– Copy of birth certificate for a minor (even if travelling with both parents)
– Copy of current passport (bio-page, address page and pages with valid and expired visas)
– All previous passports or proof of loss of the same

Note:

— Visa fees, courier and sms charges to be paid personally at the VFS by cash, card or UPI
— Applications can only be submitted within 3 months of travel date
— Applications submitted within 15 working days of travel date might not be accepted
— Bulgaria Embassy reserves the right to request for more documents and or personal interview
