Canada Visa- Tourist

Canada Tourist/Visit Visa:

– Min. 6 months valid passport from the date of travel
– Scanned copies of all used pages (visas and immigration stamps) of current and previous passport, if any
– 2 latest photos – 35 x 45mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face (Do not frown or smile; sober face and without spects)
– Covering letter (on company letter-head, if self-employed) addressed to “The Canadian High Commission, New Delhi”
– 2 years IT Returns (if business visit, ITR for company as well)
– Last 6 months updated bank statement with original bank seal and signature (if business visit, bank statements for business as well)
-Leave sanction letter on company letter-head specifying the leave dates with authorized signatory sign and company seal (if employed)
– 3 months salary slip
– If self-employed, then copy of Shop-Act license/MoA/Partnership Deed etc
-FD Receipt copies / Property papers (Index II, Property tax bill etc)
-Return tickets
– Hotel confirmations (if not providing, then explain in covering letter)
– Provide family information in the attached form

– If visiting friends & family:
– Invitation letter (addressed to Canadian High Commission, New Delhi) and/or statutory declaration of support
– Passport copy and proof of immigration status of the inviter
– Financial documentation of the inviter (Notice of Assessment, T4, proof of employment, bank statement)

Note:

— All documents to be in English or notarized English translation in case of documents in regional language
— Face in the photo should be sober without frown or smile; without spects
— For minors travelling alone or with one parent, a NOC is required from the non-travelling parent along with passport copy
— Bio-metrics is mandatory from 31 December 2018 except children under 14 years and applicants above 79 years

• Visa processing times may vary at the discretion of the issuing authority
• Hotel bookings / ticket itinerary charges, if any, will be additional
