China Visa – Business

China Business Visa:

– Visa Application Form to be filled online.
– Original passport valid for at least 6 months, with 2 or more blank visa pages, and the photocopy of relevant pages of the passport.
– Expired passports within 5 years and the photocopy of relevant pages of the passports.
– Recently-taken color passport photos (full face, front view and bare head. Size: 48mm×33mm, white background, glossy finish).
– COVID-19 vaccination certificate with verifiable QR code.
– For foreign nationals’ Indian long-term residence or work permits
– Typed covering letter on company letter head in original. It should be addressed To, The Visa Officer, The Consulate General of The People’s Republic of China, Mumbai, should contain details as follows: name and passport details of the applicant, place to visit, purpose of visit, name, address and contact number of the inviting / contact company or person along with authorized person’s signature and company stamp).
– Scan copy of invitation Letter on company letter head or trade fair invitation relevant entity or individual. The invitation letter should be addressed To, The Consulate – – — General of The People’s Republic of China, Mumbai.
– It should contain:
– Information on the applicant (full name as per passport, gender, date of birth, etc.)
– Information on the planned visit (purpose of visit, arrival and departure dates, place(s) to be visited, relations between the applicant and the inviting entity or individual, financial source for expenditures)
– Information on the inviting entity or individual (name, contact telephone number, address, official stamp, signature of the legal representative or the inviting individual).
– ID card of the inviting person who signs the invitation letter
– Business registration (business license) of both the Chinese and Indian company.

Note:

— Applicant’s personal presence is mandatory for biometrics during documents submission in Mumbai (only for multiple entry visa or if the Consulate calls for it)
— If more than 1 passport then INR850 per extra passport will be charged for courier
— PU Invitation is required if the applicant wants to apply for duration of stay of 90 days
— Fill the attached “Required Info” form and send across
— Express visa charges – INR6000 (extra) (subject to change)
