Croatia Visa – Business

Croatia Business Visa:

– Visa application form: to be filled out in English or Croatian language and signed by the applicant
– Two photographs: Latest photographs with specification 35 X 45 mm, white background, matte finish, 60% face coverage (lips closed, without spects and hair behind ears)
– Applicant’s passport: issued within the last 10 years, with expiry date exceeding the expiry date of the requested visa by a minimum of three months, and containing at least two empty pages (back to back). No alteration or handwritten amendment concerning the data page.
– Clear photocopy of front and last page and all the used pages (Current passport and 02 old passports)
– Covering letter explaining the purpose of the trip with itinerary detailed location(s) and duration of stay in Croatia (this letter should be on the company letter head)
– Invitation letter from the Croatian business partner duly signed and stamped by an authorized person of the business entity
– Scanned copy of Guarantee Letter from the inviting Legal person of the Croatian company. (The original letter should be deposited in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of The Republic of Croatia in Zagreb or enclosed with the application)
– The guarantor shall also enclose a proof of solvency (BON 1 or BON 2 forms, or a confirmation of the Commercial Court that it is not in liquidation etc.)
– If a copy is submitted then a remark has to be added that the original has been submitted at the MFS, Croatia
– Accommodation:
– Hotel reservations “OR”
– Accommodation can be provided by the Guarantor or the inviting party if so indicated in the Letter of Guarantee or Letter of Inviation
– Leave sanction letter from the employer on the company letter head establishing position of the employee, years of service and grant of leave (if employed)
– Salary slips for the last 3 months (if employed)
– Company registration copy (if self-employed)
– If student; NOC from the institution with copy of the valid ID
– Detailed bank account statement for the latest 3 months with bank seal and signature (personal & company)
– 3 years IT Returns (personal & company)
– Return ticket reservations
– Travel insurance covering the entire stay in Croatia
– Copy of international credit card with 3 months statement (if available)

Note:

— Standard visa processing time is 30 calendar days from the day of receipt of the application at the Embassy
— As per Mission instruction less than 60 days of travel date (Processing time) application will not be accepted
— Visa fees, courier and sms charges to be paid personally by the applicant at the VFS centre
— Applicant may be called to the Croatian Embassy in New Delhi for a personal interview with the visa officer
— If Croatian visa was previously issued but not used the reason should be mentioned in the cover letter
— If visa was ever refused for any country, the reason of refusal should explained as well
