Denmark Visa – Business

Denmark Business Visa:

– Online application form
– Min. 3 months validity passport beyond the duration of stay in Denmark with atleast 2 blank pages and old passports, if any
– Copies of all recent visas and stamps
– 2 photos (latest, unused) – 35 x 45mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face coverage (lips closed and without spects)
– Covering letter on the company letter-head containing the name, passport number and designation of the applicant and also of the signatory with signature, duration and itinerary of the visit in brief, with purpose of visit with names and address of the companies intended to be visited
– Invitation from Denmark on the Danish company letter-head specifically containing the applicant’s name, passport number, purpose of visit, dates of intended stay and the nature of cost being covered (boarding & lodging)
– Travel insurance covering the entire stay including arrival and departure dates with a minimum coverage of $50000
– Till date updated 3 months bank statement with original bank seal and signature with healthy balance – Personal & Company
– 3 years IT Returns – Personal & Company
– 3 months salary slips
– Employment contract / offer letter
– Leave sanction letter
– If self-employed, company’s bank statement, 3 years IT Returns, Shop Act/Partnership Deed etc
– Flight reservations
– Hotel reservations
– Incase of first visit, in addition to the business correspondence with the concerned Danish company, copy of relevant and Highest Educational Certificate may also be required

Note:

– Agent submission not allowed from 02 Feb 2020 as bio-metrics will be taken each time
– Visa application form to be signed by the applicants’ themselves only
