Egypt Visa – Business

Egypt Business Visa:

– Min. 6 months valid passport (Do not send old passports)
– Photocopy of the passport bio and address page
– One visa application form duly filled
– 2 Photos (latest, unused) – 35 x 45 mm, white background, semi-matte finish, 60% face, lips closed & without spects
– Covering letter on business letter-head with all details addressed to “Consulate General of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Mumbai” explaining the reason of travel with name and designation of the signatory (mentioning Single or Multiple entry)
– Invitation letter in English addressed to “Consulate General of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Mumbai” (mentioning Single or Multiple entry)
– National ID card copy of the person signing the invitation letter
– Till date 6 months personal bank statement (personal) with original bank seal and signature on all pages with closing balance of at least Rs. 100,000/- of each passenger
– Confirm Return ticket

Note:

— Visa fees, VFS and courier charges to be paid personally at the VFS during documents submission (INR6600 per person; subject to change)
— Egypt visa will be a Stay Visa and not an Entry Visa i.e. the traveller cannot stay in Egypt beyond the visa validity
— The visa start date will be as per the ticket provided along with the visa application
