Estonia Business Visa:

– Min. 6 month valid passport with at least 2 blank pages and all old passports
– 1 application form to be filled online at eelviisataotlus.vm.ee
– 3 photos (latest, unused) – 35x 45mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face
– Covering letter on company letter-head
– Exchange / Credit card copy
– Return Confirmed Ticket (Original Ticket with Airline Seal) showing departure after 15 working days from the date of submission
– ORIGINAL Invitation with Company Seal and the Signatures of the Authorized Signatory
– Original Health Insurance with Original Seal and Signatures of the Authorizing Signatory of the Insurance company
– Proof of Hotel Confirmation with signature and the stamp of the Hotel/Tour Operator
– Original, till date Personal Bank statement (3 months) with Bank Seal and Signature of the Authorized Signatory with healthy balance
– 3 years IT returns
– Original Employment Declaration Letter with Company Seal and Signatures
– Original Pay Slip (3 months) with Company Seal and Signatures of Signing Authority
– Undertaking Form
– Notarized Authority letter

Note: 

– Agent submission not allowed from 02 Feb 2020 as bio-metrics will be taken each time
– Please note ticket, insurance and hotel confirmation dates should match with each other
