France Business Visa:

– Min. 3 months validity passport from the date of return with old passport, if any (20-year passports not acceptable)
– 1 Online Application Form printed back to back
– 2 Photos (latest, unused) – 35 x 45 mm, white background, matte finish, 70-80% face
– Covering letter on company letter-head
– Invitation letter on company letter-head from France
– 3-month salary slip, if employed
– Memorandum of Association/Shop Act/Partnership Deed, if businessman / self-employed
– Till date 3 months personal and company bank statement with bank seal and sign and healthy balance
– Last 2 years IT Returns
– Travel insurance covering the entire stay including the Entry & Exit days with a minimum coverage of Euros 30,000/
– Return ticket
– Hotel confirmation

Note:

– Pax wants business visa for more than 30 days then (DDTEFP) letter Required (Similar to work permit)
– Each application must be supported by a copy of the requisite documents. If you have received a fax you must photocopy the same and attach it to your application
– All documents need to be in English; if any in regional language, then a notarized English translation needs to be submitted in original
– Visa fees, courier and sms charges are to be paid personally at the VFS centre
