France Visa – Tourist

France Tourist Visa:

– Min. 3 months validity passport from the date of return with old passport, if any (20-year passport not acceptable)
– 1 Online Application Form printed back to back
– 2 Photos (latest, unused) – 35 x 45 mm, white background, matte finish, 70-80% face
– Covering letter mentioning the day to day itinerary
– 2 years IT Returns
– Till date 3 months personal bank statement with bank seal and sign and healthy balance
– Last 3 months salary slip
– Leave sanction letter from the company on company letter with seal and sign (if employed)
– Shop-Act License/MoA/Partnership Deed copy (if self-employed)
– If student, then bonafide certificate and School/College ID card copy
– Travel insurance covering the entire stay including the Entry & Exit days with a minimum coverage of Euros 30,000/
– Return ticket (with internal travel – rail, air etc)
– Hotel confirmations covering the entire Schengen area
– Foreign exchange OR International credit card

Note:

– If the pax is sponsored by somebody from France for a tourist visa then the consulate will require original sponsorship letter (ATTESTATION DE ACCUICEL)* along with original invitation letter
– *Attestation d’accueil (Proof of Accomodation) can be obtained in any city from the local town hall in France
– Each application must be supported by a copy of the requisite documents. If you have received a fax you must photocopy the same and attach it to your application
– All documents need to be in English; if any in regional language, then a notarized English translation needs to be submitted in original
– Visa fees, courier and sms charges are to be paid personally at the VFS centre
