Greece Visa – Business

Greece Business Visa:

– Min. 3 months validity passport from the date of visa expiry with atleast 2 blank pages (More than 10 year validity passport not acceptable)
– Previous passport (if applicable)
– 1 Form to be filled and signed by the pax
– 2 Photos (latest, unused) – 35 x 45mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face coverage
– Covering letter on company letter-head addressed to “Embassy of Greece, New Delhi” confirming the applicant’s identity, the purpose of the journey (meetings, conferences, training or business-related events and the period and place of intended stay
– Invitation letter from the inviting company/organization’s letter-head addressed to “Embassy of Greece, New Delhi” confirming the applicant’s identity, the purpose of the journey (meetings, conferences, training or business-related events and the period and place of intended stay
– Return ticket – Minimum 20 working days after the date of submission
– Hotel Confirmation(s)
– Travel Insurance with minimum coverage of $50,000/ including entry and exit dates. Pax signature must
– 2 Years Personal IT Returns (Notarised)
– Till date 3 months bank statement with original bank seal and signature and healthy balance
– Salary slips for last 3 months (if employee)
– Employment contract (if employed)
– Leave sanction letter from the employer specifying the employment status and salary and the duration of the leave
– Shop Act/Memorandum of Association/GST Certficate etc (if self-employed/businessman)
– PAN Card (MUST)
– Photocopies of first and last page and previous visas and immigration stamps (if applicable)
– Copies of supporting dox required for all family members individually
– Forex receipt or Credit Card copy along with the latest statement (optional)

Note:

– It is mandatory to submit the supporting documents individually for all family members
– Spouses travelling together should have each other’s names’ endorsed on their passports otherwise Original Marriage Certificate is required with apostille from MEA
– Visa fees and VAC charges to be paid at the VAC at the time of the appointment either in cash or UPI

– Visa documents list is tentative; the Embassy/Consulate shall call for more, if required

– Service charges are non-refundable
– The Embassy/Consulate shall call for an interview with the applicant(s), if needed
– Visa processing times may vary at the discretion of the issuing authority
– Hotel bookings / ticket itinerary charges, if any, will be additional
– Covid vaccination proof with booster dose might be required during travel
