Hungary Visa – Tourist

Hungary Tourist Visa:

– Min. 3 months valid passport beyond the date of return with atleast 2 blank pages along with all old passports (hand-written passports not accepted)
– 1 application form
– Undertaking form
– 3 photos (latest, unused) – 35 x 45mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face
– Covering letter addressed to Embassy of Hungary, New Delhi (on letter-head, if self-employed) with instruction to dispatch passport to below mentioned address
– Occupation Proof (Original Salary Slip (6 Months)/ Proprietorship proof)
– Exchange / Credit card copy
– Return Ticket showing departure atleast after 10 working days from the date of submission
– Day to day tour itinerary
– Travel insurance from the following: (TATA AIG; Reliance not accepted)
– Proof of Hotel Confirmation with hotel name, address, contact number and email ID
– Till date Personal Bank statement (3 months) with Bank Seal and Signature of the Authorised Signatory and healthy balance
– Latest 3 years IT Returns
– Leave sanction letter on company letter-head with company seal and signature (if employed)
– Latest 6 months salary slip
– If self-employed, company registration copy, with company bank statement and 3 years IT returns
– For students, leave grant letter from the institution specifying the leave dates and the ID card copy

Note:

– Visa fees, VFS service charges, courier and sms charges to be paid personally at the VFS centre
– After submission of visa application, in case Embassy needs any additional documents, the Embassy directly writes to the travellers at his/her email ID WITHOUT INFORMING THE TRAVEL AGENT. Hence, travellers are requested to check their email and provide necessary documents to the embassy directly if asked by the Embassy
– All documents to be in English.; if any are in regional languages, then original notarized English translation needs to be provided
– They Embassy reserves the right to request further documentation
– Original documents must be presented during the personal interview with the visa officer

– Visa documents list is tentative; the Embassy/Consulate shall call for more, if required
– Visa fees & VFS Charges are subject to change and non-refundable
– Visa fees to be paid directly at the VFS centre
– Service charges are non-refundable
– The Embassy/Consulate shall call for an interview with the applicant(s), if needed
– Visa processing times may vary at the discretion of the issuing authority
– Hotel bookings / ticket itinerary charges, if any, will be additional
– Covid vaccination proof with booster dose might be required during travel
