Japan Visa – Business

Japan Business Visa:

– Min. 6 months valid passport (with two blank pages)
– Old passport (if any)
– Filled and signed application form
– 2 photos – 2 x 2 inch, white background, matte finish, 70% face coverage, lips closed & without spects
– Original covering letter on company letter-head
– Pax Appointment letter (if employee)
– Invitation letter from Japan with signature and company seal
– Guarantee letter from Japan company with signature and company seal (if inviter company bearing all the expenses)
– A certified copy of the incorporation register or an overview of company/organization
– Day to day schedule from Japan with signature and seal
– Latest IT Return of the applicant
– 6 months personal bank statement with original bank seal and signature (it should show salary transfers)
– Indian company registration certificate copy
– Confirm round trip air ticket
– Hotel confirmation

Note:

— Application should be submitted not less than 15 working days from the date of travel
— Visa, VFS and courier charges (approx. INR 1700) to be paid in cash only at the VFS Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Goa
— Those who received eVISA have to show “visa issuance notice” on a mobile device at the airport (internet access is needed!). In the form of PDF, photo, screenshot or printed copy will not be accepted
— If the inviting company is listed on stock exchange does not need to submit a copy of the incorporation register or an overview of the company / organization
— When an individual is extending an invitation, submit the Certificate of Employment in lieu of a copy of the incorporation register or an overview of the company / organization
