Latvia Visa – Tourist

Latvia Tourist Visa:

– Min. 3 months valid passport after the date of departure containing atleast 2 blank pages
– 1 online application form, completed, printed and signed by the applicant
– 3 Photos (latest, unused) – 35 x 45 mm, 80% face, white background, matte finish
– Covering letter
– Occupation Proof(Original Salary Slip (3 Months)/ Proprietorship proof)
– Exchange / Credit card copy
– Hotel confirmation(s) covering the entire stay in the Schengen area “OR”
– Invitation approved by the Office of Citizenship & Migration Affairs dated not later than 6 months prior to the application date (http://www.pmlp.gov.lv/)
– Confirmed round trip tickets mandatory (bought & confirmed by the airlines)
– Certificate of travel agency confirming the booking of an organized trip
– Leave sanction letter from the company specifying leave duration and signed by authorized signatory
– Last 3 months pay-slips
– Employment contract
– If self-employed, then company registration certificate (MoA/Partnership Deed/Shop-Act/GST Certificate etc)
– If retired:
– Pension statements for the last 3 months
– Proof of regular income generated by ownership of property or business
– Till date 3 months bank statements with original bank seal and signature and healthy balance
– Lastest 2 years IT returns
– Travel Insurance
– Credit card copy

Note:

— Visa fees, VFS service charges, courier and sms charges to be paid personally at the VFS centre (approx. INR11500)
