Lebanon Visa – Business

Lebanon Business Visa:

– Minimum 6 months valid passport at the time of submission of the application
– Old passport (if having travel history)
– Application form and checklist form duly completed and signed by the applicant as per the passport
– Letter of intent (covering letter) by the applicant about themselves, stating their job, reason for visiting Lebanon and any other relevant information (this should be on the company letter-head)
– 2 latest, unused photos – 35 x 45 mm, white background, matte finish, 70%-80% face coverage (lips closed and without spects)
– Air ticket reservation (to and fro Lebanon)
– Hotel reservation(s) in the name of the applicant
– Invitation Letter from the Business/Company on the company letter-head with clear address details in Lebanon mentioning the invited person’s name, proposed stay and the purpose of invitation
– Company registration certificates (Indian and Lebanese)
– Latest 3 months bank statement with bank seal and signature showing sufficient financial record

Note:

— Personal submission at the VFS centre
— The visa fees, VFS and courier charges are to be paid personally at the VFS centre at the time of personal submission (approximate amount ~ INR11,000/-)
— If the applicant has a travel history in the old passport then that needs to be submitted along with the application

• Hotel bookings / ticket itinerary charges, if any, will be additional
• Covid-19 vaccination proof with booster dose might be required during travel
