Lithuania Visa – Tourist

Lithuania Tourist Visa:

– Min. 3 months’ validity passport from the date of return (containing at least 2 blank pages)
– One application form to be completed online (https://visa.vrm.lt/epm/)
– Schedule online appointment (https://konsreg.urm.lt/en/visit/register/in1/Sengeno_vizos)
– 2 photos (latest, unused) – 35 x 45mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face
– Covering letter (on company letter-head, if self-employed)
– Travel insurance
– Proof of means of transport. Flight reservation of return or round ticket. If the applicant is travelling to several Schengen States, proof of intra-Schengen flight reservation, train itinerary or car rental
– Number of invitation letter for the alien to temporarily stay in the Republic of Lithuania electronically submitted through MIGRIS (https://www.migracija.lt/en) or the documents confirming the purpose and conditions of the planned visit to the Republic of Lithuania (hotel booking, tour itinerary etc.)
– Proof of lodging. Hotel reservations, rental of holiday home or campus residence reservation. If the applicant intends to stay with a family member or a friend, proof of sponsorship and/or private accommodation from the host. If applicant is travelling to several Schengen States, proof of lodging in each of them
– 3 months till date bank statements with bank seal and signature and sufficient balance
– Latest 2 years IT Returns
– Latest 3 months pay slips (if employed)
– Leave sanction letter from the company on company letter-head with seal and signature (if employed)
– Offer letter (if employed)
– Shop-Act/MoA/Partnership deed copy (if self-employed)
– If retired:
– Pension statements for the last 3 months
– Proof of regular income generated by ownership of property or business

Note:

— To obtain a multiple-entry short-stay visa, a foreign national must submit documents substantiating of the necessity for such visa to Visa Section or documents substantiating the circumstances entitling him to a multiple-entry short-stay visa
— If any documents are in regional languages, then a notarized English translation of the same in original needs to be submitted
— Visa fees, courier and sms charges to be paid personally at the VFS centre (approx. INR9500)
