Malta Visa – Tourist

Malta Tourist Visa:

– Min. 3 months valid passport from the date of return containing at least 3 blank pages
– Last previous passport, if any
– Application form duly completed and signed
– Photocopy of all the pages of current passport and the last previous passport
– 2 photos (latest, unused) – 35 x 45mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face
– Cover letter (on company letter-head, if self-employed)
– Travel insurance covering the entire stay period
– Round trip ticket itinerary (Confirmed return ticket may be requested prior to visa issuance)
– Hotel bookings for the entire stay
– Till date 3 months personal bank statement with bank seal and signature with sufficient balance
– Till date 3 months business bank account statement with bank seal and signature (if self-employed)
– A letter (signed & stamped) from the bank stating the available balance
– IT Returns acknowledgement for the last 2 assessment years
– Leave sanction letter on company letter-head with seal and sign specifying the leave dates (if employed)
– Latest 3 months’ salary slips (if employed)
– Shop-Act License / Partnership Deed / MoA etc. (if self-employed)
– For students; School/College ID and the bona-fide certificate from the institution
– For minors, notarized NOC by both parents or by the parent not travelling with the minor
– Original Aadhaar Card along with a photocopy
– If inviter is funding the trip:
– ‘Declaration of Proof’ signed by the inviter accompanied by photocopy of inviter’s Malta ID Card & Passport (and Malta Visa if the inviter is not a Malta citizen). Both in original & witnessed by Maltese Legal Professional
– Photocopy of a valid Residence Permit / ID Card of the host
– Photocopy of all pages of the current passport of the host
– Host’s salary slips for 6 months
– Last 6 months bank statement of the host
– Proof of relationship (Original & certified copies of birth certificate, marriage certificate and other relevant documents from the Municipal Authority

Note:

— Agent submission/collection not allowed from 02 Feb 2020
— Visa fees, courier and sms charges to be paid personally at the VFS centre (approx. INR10000)
— If you are visiting more than one Schengen country, the transfer & accommodation details for all the countries should be mentioned & highlighted in the itinerary
— All documents to be in A4 size only
— All documents should be in English; if any in regional languages then notarized English translation of the same needs to be submitted
— In case of minors; signatures of both parents on ALL pages of the application
— All original documents need to be carried along with a photocopy
— Ensure that photocopies of all the documents are in equal number as the number of applications
