New Zealand Visa – Tourist

New Zealand Tourist Visa:

– Min. 6 months’ validity passport from the date of travel
– Scanned colour copies of current passport bio page, address page and all used pages of the passport (scanned at 300 DPI)
– Scanned colour copies of 1 expired passport bio page, address page and all used pages of the passport (scanned at 300 DPI)
– Scanned photo (latest, unused) – 35 x 45mm, light grey background (not white), matte finish, 60% face, wear plain cloths, lips closed without smile or frown and without spects (scanned at 300 DPI)
– Visa application form duly filled and signed by the pax (1017)
– Original covering letter (on company letter-head if self-employed) addressed to the New Zealand High Commission, New Delhi
– Original covering letter on plain paper (if employed) addressed to the New Zealand High Commission, New Delhi
– Aadhaar card copy
– Marriage certificate
– Original leave sanction letter on company letter-head with seal and signature (if employed)
– 3 months’ salary slips (If employed)
– Offer Letter (if employed)
– Shop-Act / MoA / Partnership Deed etc (if self-employed)
– Till date 3 months’ bank statement with sufficient balance (about 3 to 4 lakhs) with bank seal and signature
– Personal IT Returns for last 3 years with Notary by Advocate
– Pension book (if retired)
– Credit card statements (optional)
– Fixed deposit receipts (if applicable)
– Property papers (if applicable)
– If child travelling, School bonafide certificate and School ID card copy
– Complete family details
– Ticket reservation
– Hotel confirmations for the entire stay in New Zealand ‘OR’

– Inviter documents:
* Invitation letter from the inviter with passport copy and valid visa copy of the inviter
* Sharing ID on Realme Account
* Employment proof of the inviter
* Inviter’s bank statement for last 3 months
* 3 months’ pay slips
* Accommodation ownership / lease agreement document

Note:

— Bank balance should be equivalent to NZ $1000 per month if hotel bookings are not paid for and NZ $400 per month if hotel bookings are paid for
— All documents to be properly scanned in PDF format and provided over email
— Visa applications can only be done within 3 months of the travel dates
— All documents should be in English. For any document not in English, a notarised English translation should be submitted along with a copy of the original
— Consulate might call for the original passports to be submitted at it’s discretion
