Philippines Visa – Business

Philippines Business Visa:

– Minimum 6-month valid passport beyond the intended period of stay in the Philippines
– Photocopy of passport bio page and address page
– Old passports copy (bio page and address page)
– Photo – 35 x 45mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face, lips closed and without spects
– Original Covering letter on Company letterhead with company seal and address and contact number [Details like travel dates in and out, passport number, designation, a brief company profile and other details about trip and expenses] and addressed to `To, The Honorary Consulate of Philippines, Mumbai`
– Indian company’s Registration Certificate
– Invitation Letter on the company letter-head mentioning address in Philippines with contact number and e-mail address (Valid ID Copy of signing authority on – Invitation Letter is mandatory). Details like travel dates in and out, passport number, designation, a brief company profile and other details about trip and expenses] and addressed to `The Honorary Consulate of Philippines, Mumbai`
– A copy of the inviting company’s SEC Registration Certificate (1st Page)
– Last 3 years IT returns
– 6 months salary slips (for an employee) with company stamp and Employee ID Card copy (Mandatory)
– Till date 6 months bank statements with original bank seal and signature with sufficient balance (at least 1 lakh)
– Return ticket reservations
– Hotel reservations
– Travel insurance covering the entire trip
– Copy of final Covid-19 vaccination certificate

Note:

— This is a tentative list and the consulate may ask for more documents at their discretion
— For a blank passport, the applicants appointment letter and educational certificates are required
— Visa on Arrival is possible if having valid multiple entry visa for Australia, Canada, Japan, Schengen area, Singapore, UK or USA (14 days stay only)
— Documents to be submitted minimum 15 working days before the date of travel or else consulate will not accept the application
