Philippines Tourist/Visit Visa:

– Minimum 6-month valid passport beyond the intended period of stay in the Philippines
– Photo – 35 x 45mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face, lips closed & without spects
– Covering letter on Indian company letter head (if self-employed) with seal and sign addressed to “Consulate General of the Republic of The Philippines, Mumbai”
– Original leave sanction letter from company and covering letter on white sheet, if employed
– Company offer letter copy
– Copy of last two years IT returns of the applicant
– Till date 6 months bank statements with original bank seal and signature on all pages with sufficient balance of the applicant
– Salary slips for last 3 months with company stamp (if salaried)
– Company registration copy with name of the applicant (Shop-Act, MoA, Partnership Deed, GST Cert. etc.)
– If MoA doesn’t have the applicants name on it, then Form 32 also to be submitted
– Return ticket reservation
– Hotel booking (with payment receipt) “OR”
– Sponsorship letter from the Philippines (Acknowledged by Immigration Bureau) along with passport copy, visa copy and Philippines ID Card of the inviter
– Letter from Inviter’s company (Acknowledged by Immigration Bureau)
– Final Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
– Travel insurance covering the entire stay in the Philippines for a minimum coverage of $35000 for the entire stay in Philippines

Note:

— This is a tentative list and the consulate may ask for more documents at their discretion
— Visa on Arrival is possible for a stay of 14 days if having valid multiple entry visa for Australia, Canada, Japan, Schengen area, Singapore, UK or USA
— Documents to be submitted minimum 15 days before the date of travel or else consulate will not accept the application
— Apply visa within 30 days of travel date only
