Poland Visa – Business

Poland Business Visa:

– Min. 6-month valid passport with at least 2 blank pages
– Copy of passport’s data pages & copies of previous Schengen visas, if any
– 1 application form to be filled online (https://secure2.e-konsulat.gov.pl) and take an appointment
– 2 photos (latest, unused) – 35 x 45 mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face
– Covering letter addressed to ‘The Visa Officer, Poland Consulate, Mumbai’ on company letter-head
– Regarding the applicant’s expenses during stay in the Schengen zone, either the employer or the partner company must state coverage of expenses on the letter or invitation
– Invitation letter on Polish company letter-head with their detailed address accompanied with pax passport details and the dates of visit addressed to The Poland Consulate, Mumbai
– Proof of hotel confirmation
– Travel insurance covering the entire stay
– Till date 6 months bank statement with bank seal and signature and healthy balance (Company & Personal)
– Last 3 years IT Returns – (Company & Personal)
– Notarized Certificate of incorporation copy (Shop Act/Partnership Deed/MoA)
– Appointment letter of the applicant (in case employed)
– Last 3 months salary slips
– A certificate from your employer stating/allowing your business travel
– If there were previous trade relations between the two companies, proof of such events must be provided
– Return confirmed ticket showing departure after 10 working days
– Exchange

Note:

— Visa fees, courier and sms charges to be paid personally at the VFS centre (approx. INR9500)
