Poland Visa – Tourist

Poland Tourist Visa:

– Min. 6-month valid passport with at least 2 blank pages
– Copy of passport’s data pages & copies of previous Schengen visas, if any
– 1 application form to be filled online (https://secure2.e-konsulat.gov.pl) and take an appointment
– 2 photos (latest, unused) – 35 x 45 mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face
– Covering letter addressed to ‘The Visa Officer, Poland Consulate, Mumbai’ (on company letter-head if self-employed)
– Return confirmed ticket showing departure after 10 working days
– Leave sanction letter on company letter-head with seal and signature (if employed)
– Latest 3 months salary slip (if employed)
– Shop-Act License/MoA/Partnership Deed (if self-employed)
– Company till date bank statement (6 months) with bank seal and signature (if self-employed)
– Company ITR for latest 3 years (if self-employed)
– Exchange
– Proof of hotel confirmation
– Travel insurance covering the entire stay
– Till date personal 6 months bank statement with bank seal and signature and healthy balance
– Last 3 years personal IT Returns

Family or Friends in Poland:

– Invitation letter with the address and phone number from the family member or sponsor
– Bank statement for last 6 months
– Passport copy and Polish visa copy / Proof of Polish Citizenship (ID card or consular card or certification of Polish nationality or naturalization order)
– Original Polish marriage certificate (if spouse is Polish)
– Polish family record book

Note:

— Visa fees, courier and sms charges to be paid personally at the VFS centre (approx. INR9500)
