Saudi Arabia – Family/Friend Visit

Saudi Family Visit:

– Min. 6 months valid passport from the date of travel and at least 2 consecutive blank pages
– Photocopies of passport bio-page, address page and all used pages
– All old passports to be submitted
– Visa application form
– If travelling to visit husband, then husband’s name should be on the wife’s passport
– Age should be below 40 at the time of travel (or extra charges will be applicable)
– PAN card copy
– 4 photos (latest, unused) – 2 inch x 2 inch, white background, matte finish, 80% face coverage, lips closed and without spects
– Visa copy for the applicant received from Saudi (Pre-Approval issued by Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
– Inviter’s passport copy (front and back) and iqama copy / Saudi ID
– Inviter’s email ID, mobile number and Saudi PO Box address
– Relationship Proof (for relatives):
– If spouse name is not mentioned in the passport than Marriage Certificate or Nikah Namah or alternative document attested (apostille) by Royal Consulate General of Saudi Arabia, Mumbai
– If mother / father name is not mentioned in the passport then some kind of alternate document which they may provide to confirm relationship proof
– For relatives they need to submit documents which will confirm relationship proof
– If the inviter is a friend then:
– A copy of the electronic invitation letter issued by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Note:

— Personal appearance is mandatory at the VFS for documents submission and providing biometrics
— Visa fees (approx. INR11000) to be paid at the VFS Mumbai (Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card or UPI)
— Applicants below 6 years and above 80 years of age are exempted from providing biometrics
— Name on Pre-Approval / Invitation should be exactly the same as the passport
— Premium Lounge Facility (if required): INR6500 approx. additional
— Courier charges extra (to return the passport after stamping)
— Visa validity, single or multiple entry and duration of stay will be determined by the KSA Consulate while processing the visa
— The Embassy/Consulate reserves the right to request additional information or documents

• Visa documents list is tentative; the Embassy/Consulate shall call for more, if required
• Visa fees & VFS Charges are subject to change & non-refundable

• The Embassy/Consulate shall call for an interview with the applicant(s), if needed
• Visa processing times may vary at the discretion of the issuing authority
• Hotel bookings / ticket itinerary charges, if any, will be additional
• Covid-19 vaccination proof with booster dose might be required during travel
