Saudi Arabia Visa – Business

Saudi Business Visa:

– Original Passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of travel and at least 2 consecutive blank pages
– Photocopy of the first and last page of the passport
– Photocopies of passport pages containing visa stamps, immigration stamps and any observations
– Previous passport (if any)
– 4 photos (latest, unused) – 2 x 2 inch, white background, matte finish, 80% face, lips closed and without spects
– All documents (front and back) apostilled by MEA has to be legally translated into Arabic before submission
– A copy of the electronic invitation letter issued by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs
– Name on invitation / pre-approval letter must be the same as mentioned on the passport (Sponsor/Applicant)
– A letter of introduction to the invited visitor from a certified currency stating his commercial or professional status
– A valid Saudi Company’s Commercial Registration copy (Expired registrations will not be accepted)
– Original covering letter from Indian company on company letter-head with seal and signature addressed to the Royal Consulate General of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Mumbai
– Original Chamber of Commerce Letter from India with the designation of the applicant (Not applicable for seamen’s applications)
– A coloured copy of relevant educational qualifications along with original for verification
– 3 months bank statement of the candidate with bank seal and signature
– Candidate & company’s email ID & mobile number
– If the applicant has an existing valid visa in the same passport, regardless of the visa type, a visa cancellation form must be submitted

Note:

— Personal appearance is mandatory at the VFS for documents submission and bio-metrics
— Visa fees (approx. INR 11,200) payable by cash, credit card, debit card or UPI at the VFS Mumbai
— Courier charges extra (to return the passport after stamping)
— Premium Lounge facility available for INR 4200
— Processing time is subject to the Consulate’s discretion
— Designation of the applicant should match on all the documents
— Qualification should match with the degree
— Generally accepted designations for “Commercial Visit” are General Manager, Branch Manager, Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager etc.
— Other designations like Software Engineer etc will be included in “Working Visit”
— Any mismatch in designations will not be accepted or may have negative effect on visa application
— The Consulate/Embassy reserves the right to request additional information or documents in original during the visa process
